Claudine Beron is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Initiate Government Solutions®, a woman-owned small business. Ms. Beron has 25+ years of management consulting experience, bringing creative and innovative solutions to federal healthcare customers including VA, HHS, and MHS.
Claudine has over a decade of experience with modernization and interoperability projects including VA’s Federal Health Information Exchange (FHIE), ONC Nationwide Health Information Network (NHIN) prototype, MHS Single Sign-On (SSO), Veterans Informatics and Computing Infrastructure (VINCI), and now Federal Electronic Health Record Modernization (FEHRM).
Ms. Beron is a co-founder and ad hoc leadership member of the HIMSS Federal Health Community. She has held positions as chair of the Clinical and Business Intelligence Committee for HIMSS and VistA Software Alliance (VSA).
