Madeline R. Larkin, SPHR, Vice President, Operations
Ms. Madeline Larkin has more than 22 years of professional experience across the areas of Operations, Accounting, Human Resources, and Administration. As the Vice President, Operations for IGS, Ms. Larkin is an instrumental member of the IGS Executive team developing and managing the operations infrastructure.
Ms. Larkin manages all HR related activities and oversees day-to-day IGS operations. This includes but is not limited to: daily operations administration, equipment inventory, payroll, company finances, contracts, bookkeeping, human resources/client management, and employee benefit programs. In addition to this, Ms. Larkin provides counseling and support to employees as needed to ensure a successful work environment.
Prior to her role at IGS, Ms. Larkin worked with international call centers where she was the Vice President of Human Resources and Operations. In these roles, Ms. Larkin worked with local government to build a new offshore customer service call center. Ms. Larkin managed all aspects of the call center which included: training, customer service, client and contracts management, quality assurance, human resources, bookkeeping, and accounting.
Ms. Larkin has also overseen Human Resources and Operations for software development companies, non-profit associations, and start-up companies. She holds a certification in Professional Human Resources and a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Ms. Larkin is also an alumna of the Greater Washington Board of Trade Leadership Program Class 0f 2010 and Leadership Greater Washington Class of 2011.
