Honoring Our Veterans | Veterans Day 2025

This Veterans Day, we honor those who have served and proudly recognize Clayton Henry, a U.S. Army Veteran who served our nation for 41 years.

At Initiate Government Solutions (IGS), Clayton found a new mission helping Veterans receive better, more connected healthcare through technology, playing a key role in supporting VA’s Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) program, developing the systems that ensure Veterans’ health data flows seamlessly and securely between the VA and Oracle’s Health Data Intelligence platform in real-time.

From designing interoperability solutions and data validation tools to creating monitoring dashboards and enhancing integration across complex systems, Clayton consistently embodies the Army’s spirit of innovation and commitment. His work ensures that critical information reaches the right place at the right time because behind every line of code is a Veteran who deserves the best care possible.

Clayton volunteers for the Veterans Transportation Program and is a lifelong supporter and member of Disabled American Veterans.

We are proud to have Clayton on our team and grateful for his continued dedication, serving Veterans through innovative solutions that support those who have served.
