IGS provides program and project management services, including business strategy and planning support. IGS identifies areas for process improvement to increase efficiency in organizations using ISO 9001:2015, 20000-1:2018, 27001:2013, 28001:2007, and CMMI-DEV3/SVC3 best practices and PMBOK® methods to provide clients with a strategy to build solid foundations to grow capabilities and revenue.
IGS leads the BISL Project Management Office providing senior project management, communications, and training support for 100,000+ Corporate Data Warehouse (CDW) data consumers including customers such as Centers for Disease Control, Department of Energy, White House, Department of Defense, Biosurveillance, Antimicrobial Stewardship, and Infection Control Program (BASIC), and others.
IGS supports Community Care Referrals and Authorization (CCRA), Software as a Service, Integration Development and is responsible for overall day-to-day project management.
RPMS QA CSS
IGS provided contract/program/project management for the Resource Patient Management System Quality Assurance and Customer Support Services (RPMS QA CSS) contract, including EHR, application quality assurance, user support, and training support to 400+ Tribes within the Enterprise.
IGS provides contract management and agile project management of multiple initiatives supporting HHS Business Intelligence Data Analytics Support Services (BIASS) including the HHS Reimagine Data Insights Initiative.
