 IGS awarded contract by the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services’ (DHHS) Indian Health Service (IHS) to support the Resource and Patient Management System (RPMS) Quality Assurance and Customer Support Services IDIQ. 


The objectives of this contract are to provide quality assurance, training, deployment, and application user support services and meet the mission needs of the IHS through effective quality assurance / quality control over software development activities, and use of computer assisted software engineering tools and practices in key areas. The IDIQ will streamline all quality assurance, testing, user support, training and deployment services for RPMS that supports IHS’ core healthcare mission.  This IDIQ has a potential value of $80 million over five years.
