Who we are

Core Values & IGS Cares

How we conduct our business, and how we give back to the communities and service members who inspire our work.

IGS core values

Four commitments every IGS employee makes.

01Integrity, Honesty, and Ethics

We conduct our business with the highest level of ethics. Doing things like being accountable for our mistakes, accepting helpful criticism, and following through on our commitments to our customers and everything we do.

02Empathy, Emotional Intelligence

How we interact with others including peers, colleagues, stakeholders, and customers matters. We work with a diverse, integrated, driven team to accomplish the larger mission. We take care in learning about our customer's business and drivers in order to ensure solutions meet not only technical needs but also support their mission.

03Strong Work Ethic

Reliability, Dedication, Productivity. IGS staff is driven by a strong, self-motivated, results-driven work ethic. We take a collective responsibility to create an environment where colleagues feel included and respected. We are reliable, accountable, proactive, and tenacious and will do what it takes to get the job done.

04Life-Long Learner

Curious, Perspective, Goal Oriented. We challenge ourselves to continually learn and improve ourselves. We strive to be an expert in our field, and we find solutions where others see problems.

IGS Cares

Organizations we support.

Many of the Veterans we serve through our work are also the people these partners serve directly. IGS Cares is how our team supports them beyond the contract.

SongwritingWith:Soldiers logo

SongwritingWith:Soldiers

SongwritingWith:Soldiers uses songwriting as a catalyst for positive change. They offer participants a unique way to tell their stories, rebuild trust, release pain, and forge new bonds. Service members are paired with professional songwriters to craft songs about their experiences, often about combat and the return home. Through their songs, participants rediscover their creativity and reconnect with family, friends, and communities. The songs are recorded and shared through CDs, concerts, and social media in order to bridge the divide between military and civilian communities, and build awareness of the challenges faced by returning service members.
